The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact

Once approved, ship the item to the address we provide.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.
4. Exchanges
